At first, I am annoyed because it wasn't clearly Which facilities was included in the price and which not in the booking. Secondly, the heating wasn't 100% of function the first three days. Of course they gave us a small heating but it didn't help so much... Finally, I paid 115 euro per night and they mentioned us giving a notice in the door at night to put in function the dishwasher ( we had cleaned them otherwise, but we found it bad as motion) and to throw out the garbages from the room. The new name of this hotel (beside the Mercury) is Citadine's.
