  Very bad in service - selling all damaged bikes in the name of good conditions and when claim back with problems treating people very badly. Knowing you as a person for several years just shows disrespect and threatening way to deal. Shame on you Ali and your son treated very bad to a loyal customer. Disrespectful! Reply to your response below: You sold a bike to us three months back it was creating problems. You claimed it as 6 months. We have all transaction details. You didnt give bills for your service and sales. You get cash only. So it is very natural to not know about how the spares you change are going to be genuine!? So it is very normal for a customer to ask questions? You wanted us not to ask any questions and just yell!? Is it right? You claim 250euros for the motor and helping and all we dont want your help remember, if you say the motor is costing that much then where is the bill? Is it genuine who knows which motor you replaced? How can we track? What proof will we have tomorrow? And you will keep false claims as per your wish! How can we believe it to be genuine? and still the bike is not fully rectified even after tou changed the motor and thats were we asked why so? In return YOU made the situation worse not US! Your son made really bad gestures just for asking questions what if it damages again zero tolerance he has and very threatening behaviour to a woman. Telling a customer to go away and yell!? This is what he learnt? Then we dont have to come and shout at you for no reason it was your son from no where came and behaved very rude and triggering, he the one was too loud and raise voice for no reason. Remember we have bought 4 bikes from you. We sold to you 2 bikes of us so we had a better customer relationship for more than 2-3 years. We trust you and not your elder son! It was our first encounter with him and man he needs to learn behaviour manners! For a bike you sold to us recently for a price, after claiming for repairs you were manipulating the story as shouting and all…it was your son who started all of this. It was indeed a surprise to encounter your son’s arrogant behaviour refusing to talk and just scream at a customer. We know our limits better than your son and his behaviour. Teach him better behaviour lessons with customers. You may keep doing false claims otherwise Ali! God knows!

  The mechanic Ali is great, and very friendly! He fixed a complex problem of the wheel of my bike for the best price in town. I highly recommend him.
