  Excellent work! I had my S3 recently repaired by them and as a former VanMoof employee with vast experience in putting my bike in the hands of Bike doctors and fixing it myself, I have to say that Fietscentrum Overdevest did the BEST maintenance that my bike has ever had! I had to replace the back wheel to the "good and old" 2 speed mechanic gear shifting with the e-shifter bypass dongle and replace the brake pads. The bike runs absolutely smooth like never before. The check-in process and check-out via the Ijburg partner was also great and convenient! Thanks a lot and keep with the good work!

  My bike needed a major repair (wiring harness) and a service. I thought the pickup and delivery costs were reasonable, but the diagnostic costs were exorbitant. After two weeks and a bill of €853, I had a properly functioning bike again. Unfortunately, after one day, an error code (58) appeared again. I just reset it. Hopefully, that's all it was. Conclusion: Satisfied, but (due to the high diagnostic costs) very expensive.

  I scheduled a phone appointment for repairs, but I never received a call back. I've now gone to another repair shop. This is so sloppy!
