  We stayed for 4 nights (2+1). The room was clean and beautiful, we were satisfied. The hotel is conveniently located in the center. There are many restaurants and an amusement park nearby. The best place to park is Q-Park Hilvertshof. It will be the cheapest. The apartment did not have air conditioning and it was very stuffy. The windows don't open, only the door to the balcony.

  We also had a code problem for access to accommodation. We contacted the emergency number but no one answered. We had to book a hotel night instead at the last minute and it was very difficult to find.

  They don't even speak Dutch. The wrong code was given. The door wouldn't open. When they called, they couldn't understand the language. Very poor for the money. The room was dirty and partially broken.

  Upon arrival in the evening, the door with the code lock did not open. Then called the emergency number. No one was available and couldn't leave a message because the voicemail box was full. Are you thinking about booking this apartment? Just look for a nice hotel in the area and ignore this misery

  We stayed two nights at this hotel in Hilversum and the first impression when opening the door of the apartment was good, it looked just like the photos… But once we entered we realized that the room was completely dirty, they had not cleaned before our arrival, dirty coffee cups, the bed unmade, the sofa bed half made and when we opened it it had remains of food on it, used towels on the floor in front of the shower and the bathroom was not completely clean, the cans were still with garbage... it really was a bit disgusting. We tried to contact the hotel through the Booking platform as they themselves request by email and we got absolutely no response. Fortunately it was only two nights and most of the time we were in Amsterdam. The location of the hotel is quite good, less than 10 minutes from Hilversum station, getting there is quite easy, it is right in the center of the town. It's a shame that the room was in such a condition... obviously they didn't clean it after the guests before us left.
