  Taxi was over an hour late (55 minutes according to driver). I had called twice. Then the taxi (with a yellow license plate) drives up at high speed. The driver jumps out and immediately starts explaining why I called 100 times. Naturally, an unpleasant discussion ensued. I initially didn't want to come because I didn't feel safe with the driver (also the owner), but I went along anyway. I arrived home at much too high speed, traffic violations. The driver kicked me out and drove away without saying a word. It didn't even concern me that the taxi was late, but the extremely rude way of communicating means that I no longer use Flevotax. The other drivers are very friendly, but they are also treated poorly by their employer.
