  We (6 adults, 2 kids) visited this place for dinner last week. As it was rainy and cold, we opted for indoor sitting. The indoor ambiance is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. The outdoor sitting area is a lovely sight and close to waters. The food was excellent, with rich flavors and authentic spices. The staff was attentive and courteous, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Whether you’re indoors for a cozy meal or dining outside to enjoy the beautiful sights, this is the restaurant you should visit!

  I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. The portion sizes were smaller than expected, especially compared to other Indian restaurants, while the prices were relatively high. Additionally, I was surprised that no tamarind sauce was provided with the samosa. There were also issues with service—my order was not taken correctly, which led to me receiving the wrong dish. Regarding the Chicken Tikka Biryani, it was more like a boneless chicken biryani rather than authentic chicken tikka biryani, where the chicken is traditionally cooked in a tandoor before being added to the biryani. On a positive note, the gulab jamun, made in ghee, was a highlight of the meal. This was the main reason for my 3-star rating. Overall, the restaurant has potential, but improvements in portion sizes, service accuracy, and dish authenticity would enhance the experience.

  Visited from Canada for the Vacations to this place , The ambiance was lovely – a cozy, dimly lit space with comfortable seating. The service was friendly The standout dish was the tandoori lamb chops chicken curry perfectly cooked and flavorful, "This was more than just a meal—it was an experience!". "I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.. Thankyou

  A recently opened (Feb 2024) restaurant in Almere Haven, Holi is a branch of the restaurant with the same name in Amsterdam. It is in a very picturesque location by the waterside. The day we went it was raining and so we sat indoors otherwise the outdoor seating has an amazing view of the harbour. Food is awesome, and well proportioned. Service was prompt and our server gave some good recommendations. Definitely worth going back again! We went on a Friday and were pleasantly surprised to have a live jazz band playing outside.

  Fantastic Food and Beautiful Views! I visited Holi Indian Restaurant in Almere and was thoroughly impressed! The hot wings, dahi puri, and alu tikka chaat were delicious, bursting with flavor. As a main course, chicken fried rice is a perfect food to end. The drinks (Shirley Temple and ginger ale) were refreshing. What truly sets this place apart is the outside seating with a stunning view of ships docking—it’s the perfect setting to enjoy great food. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine with a picturesque dining experience! 🌟
