I usually came here because I trusted the service and the cost, but the last time he overcharged me for nothing. He asked me to pay 50€ for inside and outside tire for the back and to put oil on my bike. I was so shocked that couldn’t argue and happened too quickly the handover. Later on I realized he made his day on me. I never come back because I lost my trust in them.

This gentleman is very knowledgeable and always very honest with me. My wife and I have been coming here for all our bike repairs for many years. Now that we have electric bikes, we still come here.

I always have my bicycles repaired here. The gentleman always throws a nice prize for the repair or new or second hand bicycles. My son also received a bicycle bell as a gift. Today I bought a children's bicycle and ordered another children's bicycle and had my own bicycle made, flat tire, new handles and saddle fixed an hour later I could pick it up again, absolutely great! I have been coming here for years, they are very friendly people and that gentleman really knows his trade and I always feel appreciated as a customer.

I had a blow in my wheel and a broken tire and went to Fietsstar because of its good reviews here. Also due to lack of time for me. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive. Upon arrival, they immediately tried to sell more than I came for. Suddenly everything was wrong with my bike, and it was even suggested that I trade in my limited edition Gazelle for an old steel bike, which would only give me a €40 discount. Another option was a full maintenance package of €300, while I only wanted the original problems to be resolved. After negotiating, we ended up with a repair for €160, which only did what I requested. However, upon picking it up I immediately noticed new sounds that were not there before. Since then I've had nothing but problems: flat tires, loose spokes and a defective tail light that he wanted to replace. During our own inspection it later turned out that the batteries were simply installed the wrong way around. I can't fault anything, but my bike was in worse shape rather than better. I finally fixed it up myself and now it drives perfectly again. Whether this was done consciously or not. Unfortunately it didn't go very well.
