Absolute horror. I've never seen anything comparable that was so dirty. We had to leave and find something else. To satisfy us, a cleaning lady was sent, but she didn't feel like cleaning. She would never have gotten rid of all the dirt. We were then shown a second house in the complex, which was just as dirty. Unfortunately, we were left with the entire cost and no goodwill was shown to us.
