Ghost town… all the fitting rooms are locked and there is no employee, even at the cashier desk. Waited for 10 mins and left without purchase

UK scammers , you order online and any returns need to be sent back to the UK by DHL which cost 17 euro . Shop staff extremely rude even when they need to explain that they don’t accept any returns .

Intention: buy shoes costing 150 euros After asking for a size, the box of shoes was put down and the lady walked away. Smaller size requested. Put down the box again and she walked away again. Then another lady comes and says “we are closing, you have to leave”. OMG! By the way, it was fifteen minutes before closing time. Took off shoes (didn't buy them, because I couldn't take them anymore) and left. Unprecedentedly not service-oriented, not friendly and certainly not helpful staff. By the way, the same thing happened to an acquaintance a week earlier. I will skip this store.
