    Abn amro acts professional but are really below the line. Personeel dont know what is wrong, what is the problem, how can we move forward, what is the solution. Problems explained 10 times but still no outcome. Customer has to find himself problem and solution. Very much irritating. Whoever is customer care person should be really alert and follow the lead. It seems no one knows anything there. I would never recommend ABN Amro

    The location is convenient, right in the center. This ABN AMRO branch is spacious, the waiting area is comfortable, and there are few cabins for private consultations with bank tellers. It was difficult to open a bank account in the evening, because their schedule is full and they only accept coming by appointment. Next available evening appointments were far in the time. The teller told me that opening a bank account takes approximately 1 hour, which is rather a lot. However she agreed to take the most important personal details, and sent me the contract by post to sign it and return it. It was not ideal, but I appreciated the resolutive attitude, given the circumstances.

    The most unhelpful I've ever experienced. Any answer starts with "you can find this on our website" or "call customer service". Not willing to provide any meaningful support. Most bizarrely, it was impossible to deposit my money in the privacy of the office (there is no ATM or bank teller) and I had to resort to a third party ATM at the busy street.

    I needed just a confirmation that I had an account with ABN AMRO, which does not take that long, just looking at my passport and confirm that i have a bank account, they told me i have to have an appointment, which is not until 2 weeks later. I think they could have fit me in, if they wanted to, the whole bank was empty for a bit, very bad customer service

    I needed my bank statement to be stamped but they did not provide it. Very unhelpful service as well. I will reconsider storing my money at ABN Amro, and definitely won’t ever come back to this branch in the future.
