  it is becoming more ridiculous by the day with the snsbank, where people are supposedly central. 1 of the most expensive banks, which has implemented far-reaching cutbacks, with the result even more customer unfriendly; no longer reachable by email, nor physically due to the massive closure of branches, limited opening hours. the rates are rising disproportionately to the reduced quality of service.

  Friendly but giving wrong information On location I am told that I can simply take out a loan for my reason And 2 weeks later, after we have delivered all the documents, I cannot take out a loan for my reason. A waste of my time, a bit of a shame. I think it would be wise to better explain to your staff what is and what is not possible

  An attempt to open a joint account with my girlfriend took more than 3 weeks and was ultimately unsuccessful because we canceled the application after we could not get any further. We were sent back and forth, so she visited the Utrecht branch 3 times and I visited the Almere branch 2 times. In addition, we both called the contact center several times with no results. Call appointments are also not kept, downright poor service.
