Bought a fairly expensive couch, delivered on week 31 (when scheduled for week 30). The builders who delivered it made a mistake while assembling it and also possibly forgot one leg. Contacted customer service and they had us walk up their supply chain to get help from the supplier who then needs to check with the manufacturer. We used the couch for a week before the existing leg broke off. A month later we still can't use the couch and we don't have any appointment with anyone to come and fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult to get stuff fixed in warranty.

Great service! We were helped quietly and not intrusively. Delivery time was 12/15 weeks. Sofa arrived after 8 weeks :) and then the delivery service... great. Place it neatly in place and install the legs professionally. The quality of the sofa is super good! Can advise everyone to buy a sofa at Montel Almere. Oh yes! The cookies you get with your coffee are also very tasty ;)

What nice people I met within this company. Both the sales employee and the delivery men were pleasant to deal with. After a while there was some minor damage and the response was also pleasant. First via chat, I was quickly called for an appointment and the service technician were all pleasant people!
