  In general, I am not super serious about pumping iron, it is not my thing so I cannot really comment on knowledge of trainers on building mass. As far as my experience goes, I have never been this regular to any fitness centre in my entire life and all the credit goes to the good vibes in the club and convenience of the place. Sports and Gym Facilities are nice, group routines are well planned with various intensity levels. There are flexible and multiple options with rooster, and you can see what fits your schedule. Membership prices are reasonable though I understand day passes could be rip off but that really helps to manage the crowd. Kitchen could be improved with more healthy options but that is not really a deal breaker. Gym community is good, well diversified, international and come in all shape and sizes. You can easily place yourself with your own level of fitness. Kids activities in the club gives me a relaxed and family sports centre feel. I go there with my 8 year old on weekends as well where he does his other sports activities. For my requirements I find the trainers to be very good.I saw some comments mentioning about students running the gym but I see most of them either running the admin or kitchen and see very few as trainers. The sporting options and club fits quite well to my requirements. 5 star to the club and you guys are doing a great job.

  Positive: Very large sport club with a lot of space for various activities. Clean. Reasonable price. Almost any machine and tools you need, TRX, cross fit, boxing, tires. Freedom to punch bags when ever you feel like, and in privacy. Lift tires, run on the tracks, play basketball and other sports. Nice people, no show off people, welcoming and educated staff. Free parking. 10 min walk from train station. Good boxing instructor. Negative: Body building machines (which could be better/newer) should be positioned better and keep more distance between each other. Perhaps reduce the cardio machines which are many and increase space for body building machines. Some of the staff are very welcoming and smily but few others can be sometimes not very welcoming and service oriented. The boxing ring is not used and takes too much space, should be positioned in a different area. Would be nicer to get immediately the entrance card and parking keys instead of waiting for few days. They open at 8 am, could be better at 6-7am.

  I advise you to be careful! For 1-month memberships, the notice period is 1 month. This means you must cancel on the day you enter the club or you will be charged the next month's fee. The exercises begin with an attempt to hear an answer other than “I don't know” from the front desk. Also, the basketball court is very nice because you can improve your negotiation skills by convincing people to leave the area at your reservation time before playing basketball! Finally, the gym area is really big, but there is only one of each of the machines where people spend a long time. (Leg press, chest press etc)

  I started going here in 2021 and was happy with it. Over time the quality became less, classes were cut and quality (and hygiene) went down. Terrible customer service is why they get a 1 star review from me. They don’t even answer when issues come up. Their own staff provided incorrect information about how end of contract works and no one took any accountability or responded to resulting issues despite multiple emails and phone calls. Yet they do manage to send you a bill exactly on time every month without any problems. Save your money and go to the much more affordable DeMix. More classes, same teachers(!), cleaner and actual customer service. Update: no solution was sought by the club and my "needs were not met" because customer service refused to answer any of my messages or respond. Really shocking and why I took the time to write this review.
