  Pros: + English menu is avaliable (but only by QR code) + Steak flavour was very good + Entrée and dessert were okay + A good selection of alcohol free drinks Cons: - Liver dish was very salty and oily. Also the dish was not presented in an appetising way which you would expect. - Gravy sauce with the steak was way too salty. Also we asked if it would be possible to have the steak as a medium plus, they said yes. But when the steak was served it was medium rare. - Service was slow, and they mixed up tables a lot - We had reserved a table, but instead of having a table specifically reserved for us, they placed us at one of the very last tables available (which was in a pretty bad location) - If we order a bottle, I would expect it to be poured. - Not the most romantic date atmosphere We had heard great things about this restaurant chain and reserved a table for valentines, but unfortunately, we ended up being very disappointed.

  A restaurant with a modern look that serves classic Dutch style biefstuk with butterjus. It serves up comfort food with the consistent quality of a clock. Just like many of its other chain restaurants. The atmosphere inside is great. Roomy, airy, clean, modern. The view outside leaves some to be desired since its right across the train station. At least you can watch all the people walking by. The staff was friendly and attentive. A stark difference to many other Dutch restaurants.

  The meat was amazing, done perfectly and together with the sauce, it was amazing. It is a very cosy place, so this is a must-try restaurant.

  Love the menu. Like al Loetje restaurants the steak is great in the well known plate of gravy. When with two just one portion of fries and one salad is enough!! The location is great underneath the hotel and next to the central station but the parking is a bit expensive at 1 euro for every 20 minutes. Compared to the other restaurants in Almere the quality is awesome only the location is not really on the beaten path otherwise it would have been 5 of 5. Can’t fault the staff and the quality. Don’t miss it though if you love good meat and you are in Almere.
