  It is a terrible service while using this bike storage when you trust NS to have a camera and check-in and out system, it turned out that it cannot help anything at all. The bikes keep to be stolen from here and they refused the responsibility.

  1 star is still too much Are you planning to store your bicycle here because it looks safe? That's what I thought too when I left my new bike here. Unfortunately, this was the last time I saw my bike. Stolen from storage in less than one week. Will it be because there is little or no supervision and anyone with a public transport pass can enter the parking facility? (Yes, even without a bike) Indeed, I think so! Apparently the bicycle thieves come here to pick out a bicycle, even though there are hundreds of bicycles parked outside. Following this extremely bad case, I made a claim with the NS. They do not want to process this because the information from stables for less than 24 hours is not stored in my travel history. They do not accept camera images and other submitted matters such as reports as evidence. I am expected to provide "evidence" that I cannot possibly have. Very sad of the NS that mistakes are not acknowledged but in the meantime they continue to sell parking subscriptions...

  Bike parked in the (camera-monitored) bike shed for my new study. On the first day of school it turns out to be gone. Everyone tells me: too bad, we can't do anything about it. Why are there cameras then??

  Monitored? Yesterday junkies tried to steal my electric bicycle. Took my time because my lock and bicycle were demolished but not stolen. I can no longer ride my electric bicycle. The only advantage is that those junkies can now work nice and warm under cover... stealing bicycles... what souls. Reported to the police. Asked if they wanted to view the camera images, "no investigation"... so the cameras hang there for decoration. They can just go about their business. The police don't do anything...!
