  Booked a service via their website, specified the make / model and the work needed. Received a reminder a day earlier and turned up at the specified date at 10 am at the service. There, I was told “We don’t service THAT” pointing at my e-bike. Waste of time, very disappointed.

  Great shop and great service. Today, for the third time, I bought a bike here. The person helping me wasn't so sure about the size and took all time needed to make sure the bike was right for me. The bike will get a good check and is ready for pickup tomorrow. Great 😃! There's also a maintenance plan as service. All this makes it valuable to go to a shop instead of finding the cheapest internet offer. I absolutely recommend visiting this shop if your looking for a bike (or accessories) 👍

  Huge thanks for saving my race last weekend at Challenge Almere. A simple button battery in a blip box that died overnight in the transition area meant a mechanic trip to the shop and back to replace before transition closed. A PB 10hrs 10min race followed so thank you so much! (I was trying to remember your name all race - Jordo/Chordo?? - you know who you are. Many thanks. 👌)
