  Bought a new 1,100 euro bike from them and brought it in after a couple months for warranty work because the bottom bracket was squeaking constantly while pedaling. A few days later they call and tell me to pick up the bike... "it's fixed." I picked up the bike. 1. The problem was not even close to fixed. The bottom bracket was just as loud and squeaky as before. (no test ride after repairs?) 2. There were globs of white grease everywhere... not only oozing out of the bottom bracket, but also all over the (matte black) frame of the bike. That was fun for me to clean. 3. They left a huge scratch on the front fork that goes all the way through the paint to the bare aluminum. In short, they covered the bike in grease, scratched it up, and failed to fix the problem. At least it was free, right?

  HORRIBLE staff, rude and sarcastic. ZERO customer service. I spent my 1.5k euro in MANTEL instead and hope you go bankrupt! Don't waste your time with this shop, you are better off with ANY OTHER OPTION you may have.
