  I went to the bike mechanic because the front brake cable on my bike had snapped. He told me that the entire brake unit needed to be replaced. I pointed out the broken cable and showed him exactly where it was. He insisted that the first part of the brake unit had to be replaced. He said it would take a week. I didn’t listen to him — I just bought a cable and replaced it myself in 15 minutes. This place is terrible, and the mechanic is awful. Because of him, I almost lost a whole week of work as a bike courier. This was a serious issue for me. He just brushed me off and made a face like he was talking to some idiot. It’s a nightmare of a place, and I definitely don’t recommend going there — especially not to their mechanic.

  Big store with lots of bikes and lots more online they can order for you. Got mine delivered to the store and had it within a week. The owner of the store was friendly and helpful. Also, I love my new bike, thank you.

  I ordered a bicycle trailer from here, and more than a month later I still have no update, I phoned only to be informed they don't have stock nor can they resupply. bad experience of customer service , I hope I can get a refund and hopefully not wait another month for an update , they still advertise this as available on the website as well advise caution

  Horrible customer service. They seemed like they dont want to work at all. Not once but had the same experience multiple times. So there is no point of giving them a benefit of doubt. The management needs to look into this if they want to continue the business.
