  The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was fabulous! We managed our expectations for what is a budget hotel and were very pleased. It was a little bit difficult to get around on public transport due to the location but decently close to the train station.

  The reason I came to this hotel is only because it is near the conference I am attending. The price is cheap, so you can say that you get a decent value overall, but this is a very mediocre hotel: the elevator makes noise, the mattresses are old, the carpets are tattered, the breakfast is quite poor, and more.

  We stayed there a couple of months ago. It was very difficult to find a way to take the child stroller to the entrance of the hotel. The room was really dirty. There were a lot of insects and spiders with spider webs in the room. As we entered the room, there was an odd smell, and it seemed no one had entered the room for a really long time. We had to call the reception to change the room, but unfortunately, no room was available that night. Even though we booked our rooms weeks ago, we were given the worst room in the hotel, or I guess all the rooms are the same. In the end, we called room service to clean the room, and a lady came shouting and saying that we opened the window, and that's why there were bugs in the room. We told her we barely touched anything since we arrived; she was really rude. We had to sleep in that room with our 6-month-old as it was 10:30 PM, and we had no choice. Their breakfast menu was okay. I would never recommend that hotel to anyone.

  Quite comfy room, a little bit noisy. Nespresso with pairs of capsules. A lot of brochures at the lobby.
