  I am an expert in the hotel-restaurant service, and this hotel I can recommend! In room is very clean, BATHROOM omg. It’s a luxury here. I love this place. We had a good time. Especially thanks Abden from night shift. Service is 5* 🥰🥰🥰

  I stayed at Leonardo for 2 weeks and had a great experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, & offered great value for the price. I appreciated the coffee maker inside the room. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, especially the woman with the curly hair ☺️ However, I was disappointed with the room service. While they did a basic cleaning, I noticed that certain areas were not thoroughly cleaned. There were still small traces of dust and missed spots that should have been taken care of. Additionally, used bed sheets weren’t replaced promptly, which was a bit inconvenient. With a little more attention to detail from housekeeping, this hotel would be an excellent choice. I hope management takes note of this, as everything else about my stay was great.

  Unfortunately, this hotel is no longer recommended. We try to stay here every year for the MotoGP race. Were here for the 5th time now. Unfortunately I have to say that the cleanliness, service and customer friendliness are no longer there. The entrance is completely covered in bird droppings, the mattresses on the beds are worn out, and when you ask about the missing remote control for the television, you are rudely told that they would otherwise be stolen. We arrived on June 27th, 2025. I booked two rooms for two nights for €611. Unfortunately I made a mistake when booking. I accidentally entered the wrong month, month 07 instead of 06. But we were able to get two rooms at a different price, €701. When I asked to cancel the actual booking, the answer was that this was possible for an appropriate cancellation fee. The cancellation fee should then be the full room price. And that 4 weeks before the appointment. That's what I call a rip-off. Two requests to Leonardo's headquarters were not even answered.

  Pros Very friendly and helpful staff Good location for city centre shopping. Close to lots of restaurants and not very far from the Almere centrum station. Lovely views from the room we stayed in . Luggage storage facilities was a plus Cons This is not a 4 star hotel. I would say 2.5 -3 stars . It’s summer and the rooms are really hot. No air conditioning. They had to bring in an extra fan. Tv did not work. Fridge was not cold. More of a slightly cool box. Hotel exterior could be kept cleaner The staff seemed rushed off their feet so two separate times we asked for things, there was a long delay in getting it done . This is probably personal preference but the rooms were too dimly lit.

  "I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The staff were amazing, and the hotel is clean and organized. It's a bit distant from the city center, but the train station is not far, so you can be in Amsterdam in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend!
