  Concerning Experience with Employee Stephanie: We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past with pleasure, and we appreciate the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, we would like to share our concerns regarding a specific employee, Stephanie, whom we encountered during our recent stay. Unfortunately, we experienced her frequently shouting at guests, including children and their parents. Not only is this rude, but it is also unwelcoming. Creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests should be a priority, but her approach seems out of line with what one would expect from a hotel employee. Additionally, she stated that it was mandatory to clear the entire table after having a drink, which did not come across as particularly hospitable. This kind of communication felt impersonal and unpleasant. What was particularly concerning is that my children have become fearful of her stern demeanor and communication style since her arrival. It is hard to understand how her behavior aligns with the service this hotel typically provides. We want to emphasize that we find the rest of the staff to be friendly and professional, but we hope more attention will be given to Stephanie’s guest-friendliness, as her behavior negatively impacts the overall guest experience. We continue to value the hotel, but we hope for improvement in this area.

  Beautiful room, I got an upgrade. Electric kettle, magnetron and a kitchenette. Could have done with a bottle opener. The bed is fantastic, the view is wonderful. The only thing that is very annoying is the banging of a door(s). Outside pool, so it’s closed.

  Cheap hotel but service is not great. The rooms are nice and the location is decent. The reception staff are very nice and helpful, but my room was not cleaned daily and the staff in the breakfast area was not very mindful of the guests.

  Studio room is luxurious and made for a wonderful stay! Well equipped, clean, and has a phenomenal view of Almere. Thermostat was not very effective in keeping the room cool until after sunset.

  I would highly recommend this place. The cost is cheaper compared to any other hotels. Though it is not in the amsterdam center, the location of this hotel is just in front of the Almere Central Station which is just 20mins away from the Amsterdam Centra Station. The transportation is very convenient plus the bus stops are right in front of it. No hassle. The rooms are wide and all its features are in good condition, clean and very comfortable. They have complete sets of kitchen wares and the wifi is good. All the stores and restaurants are around this building too. Also, it’s safe here with friendly receptionists, and the view here is really nice. 😊
