  Arrived exactly at 10am as that was our appointment time. Right at the door we got scolded for being late. As she said that in the email it states to arrive 15min before. So from there there already was negative energy - and she proceeded to be very combative and strict. It’s the first time for us as parents and for our child. No reason to be this combative. Very poor personality - Do not visit unless you like combative negative energy. Take your child to a safe peaceful space

  We had the most wonderful session today at the Newborn Spa. My little grandson just loved it from beginning to end! Not only is it all super clean and hygienic but also so well organised and very professionally carried out. The massage and baby yoga after the float was outstanding and the cherry on the top! What a treat :-)

  Booked this for our little boy's 6 month milestone and it did not disappoint! Its a nice small and cosy place with an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable lady. My son loves water anyway and really enjoyed himself. We'll definitely be going back, I just wish we had gone sooner so that he could've had more spa days as this is no longer possible after they turn 1.

  Wonderful Spa, very relaxing and joyful. My daughter enjoyed it very much and even as a parent they make sure you are comfortable and have a relaxed time with your child.
