  I have been to QoQo’s several times because I didn’t want to judge too quickly. But there is really no consistency between staff - some are good and some are very bad. There is also no consistency between products. When I usually go for a full body massage, feet is always included - but today I was told I need to get 90mins to include feet. And in the meantime, my arms and hands were massaged twice (when I was lying on my stomach and again when I was lying in my back) but I did not flag these areas as needing extra attention. If you think this is ok, and if you love being covered in thin, old towels with holes in them, then QoQo is the best place for you. But if you want something more professional, then I recommend you go somewhere else.

  Based on past experience, visited this place, but it was quite disappointing. First they reschedule, then the masseuse was inexperienced, had to keep on instructing throughout the session yet all she does is to poke your skin, no matter what the stress points are, service was not even close to what was described on their website. A sheer waste of money and 60 valuable minutes. No regards/respect for customer time or money and upon complaining, they throw you a sorry template email and a complimentary 15 mins for all the time n money lost. I would personally never recommend this place!

  Almost all of the massages I had are of a very high quality and the staff is extremely friendly! However, I find it problematic that as QoQo works with sick populations they are unaccomodating with their cancelation policy when medical complications arise within 24 hours of your planned massage. If you have a disability or chronic illness, I suggest you go elsewhere.

  Good massage and friendly service! They accept pin and cash payments (don’t accept credit card) also bring exact amount if paying by cash. Overall positive experience.

  My girlfriend always has a tense back since she has a scoliosis. Since it was her birthday I felt like she could use a professional massage for a change. So I booked a duo sports massage for the two of us. We were received openly and felt welcome right from the start. I personally was treated by Coco and my girlfriend masseuge was Yt. They both asked us about the muscles which were sore. I explained I practice a lot of strength training and that I work an office job. The massage was not just superficial and got into all the specific muscles we had aches in. We definitely recommend this to anyone that suffers from muscle aches or stiffness.
