  Neat company with craftsmanship of paramount importance. The PH value of my swimming pool was too high, so the children could not swim in this heat. Martin immediately said, just drive by and we will solve it. I received a whole can of granules as a gift as a courtesy. “Don't stress, swimming should be fun,” he said. Yes, you will not find this service on the internet, but you will find it in a real store. Top!

  Big contrast to previous reviews, but we were not satisfied at all. The employee asked to come back after half an hour because he was busy. No problem of course. Half an hour later we were back, but were no longer looked at in the store. After waiting 10 minutes, we asked if we could be helped, but the employee indicated that we could see that he was still busy. No coffee, no excuse, no suggestion for a solution or appointment. We walked in for the second time because it was an absurd situation and we wanted to talk about it, but again there was no response. Normally I never write reviews and I always want to have the conversation or discussion on the spot and so far this has always been the case. We also did this in this case and expressed our dissatisfaction, but to no avail - we were potential customers, but they felt that she acted properly and in all reasonableness. Too bad because you expect a certain service, customer friendliness and trust when purchasing a swimming pool. So we are not doing business with Triton.

  I also have a bad experience with Triton Pools from Naarden. If you come for maintenance products for your jacuzzi, you will not be helped because the employee was busy and had to wait a while. After 10 minutes, I was spoken to in a very arrogant and unfriendly manner with the message that the jacuzzi had not been purchased from Triton so she did not want to help me. I want everyone who reads this review to look for another company that sells swimming pools where they are customer friendly. You should definitely not go to Triton in Naarden, the silliness and arrogance oozes from it
