Should be 0 stars!!! Wanted to return a phone case which was a gift and didn't fit for almost 10€! The selfcalled Manager refused to take it back as the package was open. How should somebody try it on the phone? There was no policy saying that also it was within the 30 days return period. She was also racist saying if i know dutch i would know the police on the receipt. Ich spreche immer noch niederländisch und deutsch!Still she couldn't proof anything instead she throw the case on the counter and snapped at me that she doesn't want to "discuss". Unbelievable

Please check the tags for price. I took a product which missed a tag and the lady at cash counter called her colleague to check the price of the product and they put 10 euros. I went to search and find the same product with tag and it was only 6 euros. This is disappointing customer service. Good that I didn’t trust these people working here but had to verify. When I went back to ask she was annoyed and said I should have first of all brought the product with tag and blamed me. They had the product scattered everywhere and more than 3 had no tags and how can they expect me to find the one. I found one in a dumped pile of other clothes near to it. They are understaffed and frustrated people working there, but looting customer is no excuse for that

They didn't replace my bedsheet the next morning, which was bought last evening. There was just a size issue and wanted bigger size. Very bad customer service.
