  Before coming to the Almere store, I checked online toys' availability. Some of the toys I couldn't order online, so I decided to come from Amsterdam to Almere for shopping. I asked the seller about the specific toy which was listed on the website as available, but she replied that it's out of stock. The seller spoke very poor English and was unpolite. She advised me to complain to the Customer Service. My attention was to buy toys and not complain to anyone. Even though it was Christmas time, the store was nothing like that. It was actually really messy there and I had no clue where the specific toy is. The prices were higher than the average, please check online yourself. I wouldn't shop here again.

  The store is okay, of an average size for a toy shop. The staff seemed tired and not really in the mood of assisting, place felt understaffed overall.

  Worst client support. Yesterday I went to the store to buy a rolschatsen to my daughter’s 5 years birthday. After her birthday party on the same day, she started unpacking her chosen present and started crying saying it’s dirty and broken. It was with dirty and full scratches. She didn’t even tried. But at the store today (less than 24 h after the purchase) when I went to exchange it I had a bad surprise. A manager/ saleswoman (old) treated me very poorly and she was a bit aggressive suggesting that I was lying. I asked for a new one , same size , and after some discussion she gave it to me. Please check the product before to try to resell it.
