  Het slechtste Zara in Almere I am very disappointed with the lack of organization at this Zara branch. Every single day, there is only one line for both returns and exchanges, causing customers to wait for hours. Meanwhile, downstairs, where shopping takes place, there is no staff or line management. This disorganization has become a consistent issue and makes the shopping experience frustrating and unpleasant.

  Waiting times off the charts. This is probably one of the most crowded stores in Almere and it had literally 2 cashiers in the main register box, the only one that accepted returns. Nowhere else in the store did they do returns. I’d have to stand in a 20 minute line or more just to return a top. I think if the management had a clue about costumer service they’d open a line or 2 just for returns and the rest purchases. This would have to be properly signaled. Create more space or hire more people or make all the cashiers do returns because this is embarrassing. Also the store is poor in clothing options and often not clean. One of the most terrible shipping experiences across 4 countries I’ve been at Zara.

  Horrible experience when returning items, you have to queue for an hour! Seems like they want to discourage you to return the items.

  A pick pockets spot for all thief’s. The lady stole my phone there and the camera was on top of us shooting all what happened. Non of the security helped nor the store management. They just say we cant do anything about it. And the thief was still there and i saw her. What a customer service and care they have.
