We were helped very friendly and helpful by Petra. In connection with our vacation, we wanted the Gazelle EasyFlow delivered quickly, so that it could go on vacation with us. This was arranged really quickly! In the meantime, the first bike ride on our vacation in Friesland has already been made. Great!!

Super nice bike shop with very friendly and helpful employees. For this reason we chose to buy a new bike at bike totaal steven koelwijn. They also offer a good maintenance service for the bike after the purchase

My bike was damaged in an accident. Koelewijn's shop ultimately helped me a lot with drawing up the damage report, reporting it to the insurance company, ordering the parts and repairing the bike. In short, a carefree experience and I can cycle again as if no accident had happened :)
