  Last Saturday I bought a new bike at this bike shop. A great shop, small-scale, I like it. Great help and I had already made a choice regarding the bike. Great help, nice chat and so far very satisfied with my new bike.

  With this gentleman you are the best customer until you disagree with something. I saw a nice bike for sale from him. The gentleman was the kindness himself and was super nice to us. Bought the bike. Satisfied with it but… then… My daughter picked up the bicycle, but absolutely no mention was made (or during the purchase) that the battery charger had been taped with adhesive tape. Anyway, I didn't mind that so much, I thought I'd ask when I drive past. Until the fender broke (because of us, of course). Then we went back to him because I just wanted to have the bike repaired by him. The gentleman indicated that he wanted at least 70 euros (!!!!!) and perhaps more (!!!) for the repair of a new mudguard. When we indicated that it was quite pricey, the atmosphere changed and we left. My daughter came by again today because we only wanted to buy the fender. The gentleman secretly turned the screen towards him and was not allowed to look over his shoulder when he looked up the fender on the computer. Mudguard would cost 20 euros. My daughter asked “can I take a picture of it” so that we can remember which one we need, so we can come back later to order it. In the end I just looked up the mudguard on the internet. 10 euros! Disgusting to ask for an extra 10 euros and put it in your own pocket. Bah. Apparently we can't remain friendly to each other if you don't buy anything. Shit society.

  De koplamp van mijn fiets was afgebroken. Ik kwam een nieuwe kopen. Hij kon er zelfs vandaag nog op worden gezet en een uurtje later kon ik mijn fiets, conform afspraak, al weer ophalen. Wat een fijne mensen werken daar. Top service!
