  Terrible store. Walked in and asked if they wanted to inflate 2 tires. They do this with one compressor and it takes less than a minute of work. Do I have to pay €4.-? There is only one word for this: sad...

  Despite the fact that it didn't go exactly as planned, I'm still very satisfied with them. Everything was resolved well. Super friendly staff and also not unimportant, a very nice bike. Now an extra heater at the picnic table and then I'll give you a 5 plus next time 😉

  I am certainly not satisfied with this case. I bought two new electric bicycles and I still had to choose pedals and mudguards. then different pedals were installed than the ones I had chosen. These were out of stock, the story was this, even though they were in stock when I ordered the bike. the fenders were mounted but technically they were not sufficient. these would touch the front wheel because the bicycle has front fork suspension. others mounted on 1 bike as there was only 1 left in stock. unfortunately it is loose again after a few kilometers. but worst of all is that my front wheel was completely loose. This could have ended quite badly. I found this out after about three days of cycling. There are also a few small things that I will not mention here. In short, am I satisfied? No, absolutely not! It is a beautiful bike, I am very satisfied with it, but how it was delivered is ..... not good. Unfortunately, there is no other Giant store in the area, so I have to go back for the other pedals and mudguards. Before the service, I have to think again whether I should do this here. my verdict? ...... drama greeting Josh
