  Really great customer service. We walked in right before closing (without realizing) and we still received amazing customer service. He helped me pick out a phone mount and bags for my bike after showing me a few basket options I was considering. Great place for expats looking for bikes as we were assisted in English. I would recommend going there for all of your cycling needs!

  My electric bicycle suddenly stopped turning on. The bicycle repair shop carried out a diagnosis and came to the conclusion that the control panel needed to be replaced. This cost €290. Of course I didn't do that, so I just paid 50 euros for the diagnosis costs. Went to the official dealer today and he indicated that the control panel works fine! The problem lies elsewhere, namely the connection between the bicycle and the battery. With a little ointment the bicycle starts again! Called the bicycle repair shop today and asked how this is possible? He couldn't give a concrete answer to that... I didn't have a good feeling about this store, so I indicated that he asked what he can do for me? I would like my diagnosis costs back and the bicycle repair shop agreed. Very cool of you, I thought for a moment... the bicycle repairman just called back and now says that he wants to see the bicycle first before he gives my 50 back! Unbelievable but unfortunately true. So I would not recommend this bicycle repair shop!
