  Had an incredible experience at EDN in Amsterdam! The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were just right. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. They provided great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re in Amsterdam and craving a great burger, EDN is the place to go! Highly recommend!

  Had an amazing time at EDN this week, will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone I know! I didn't have high expectations as I'm a resident and this is a very touristy area, but it was phenomenal. Pros: Lovely interior design, all the staff were so nice particularly our main waiter (didn't get his name but a blonde guy with a massive smile) made us laugh and gave us recommendations and even brought extra plates in case we wanted to share, large and varied menu, insane food quality, very good prices especially for central Amsterdam, mimosa deal on Wednesday so it was buy one get one free!, the pistachio churro slice cream sandwich was insanely good. Cons: None, honestly I tried to find one.

  Amazing restaurant with great vibes! Perfect to share a variety of different foods and drinks. Highlight of the night being also the outstanding service from all the waiters and host, shoutout to Dani for making us feel welcome and for recommending us excellent choices!   We stayed at this hotel and decided to give dinner a try at their restaurant. I really wanted a steak and they did not disappoint!! We started with ceviche, which was absolutely delicious! I’ve never had ceviche with papaya in it so this was a good twist. My daughter classic EDN burger with a salad on the side. She loved her burger but didn’t favor the salad cause of the dressing. Me on the other hand really loved her salad dressing, so I ended eating it. She’s just not a fan of vinaigrette like flavor but I do. I ordered the picanha steak and it was cooked and seasoned just how I love it. I did add chimichurri sauce and it was just an amazing pair! I will add that I’ve never ordered a steak and got the opportunity to pick what kind of steak knife I wanted to use to cut my steak. I thought that was pretty neat! All in all, I definitely recommend this restaurant. They do have a good variety of food selection on their menu.

  Amazing food. We had the spicy prawn pasta, the Edn burger and to finish off we had the amazing pistachio sandwich dessert. Highly recommend!! Our waiter Meese was so kind and made the experience even better, but all the team were incredibly friendly too.
