  Kaptain has made some major improvements in both store and repair shops. The store staff are knowledgeable and friendly; the repair staff know their stuff and it feels like they really care about the repair (probably more than I do). Small things like modern scheduling, notifications and payment are upgraded and it's just a pleasure to go there; can't wait for my next visit.

  Great service with friendly, knowledgeable staff willing to help beginners get started. Great range of bikes, particularly Specialized, and was able to try bikes on the rollers to check sizing. Also a huge range of accessories - everything you need. Will definitely be back!

  Recently, when I found myself in great need with my bicycle, bike shop came to my rescue. Parts of my bike had broken off, and I was unsure how to proceed. Fortunately, the staff at this store were not only incredibly friendly and helpful, but also highly skilled. They quickly and affordably repaired my bike and got me back on the road. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop and am grateful for the top-notch service!
