  Best bike shop in Amsterdam. They always give the best advice and listen to my requirements in order to assist me to find the bike that is suitable for my needs. They helped me to maintain my bike in good condition throughout the years and my friends who have been to their shop are happy with them too.

  My bike was run over by a truck and the front fork and wheel are completely destroyed. With little hope, I went to this shop and asked if they could fix it. The guys were super nice and helpful. They gave a modest quote and kept me informed by phone of the decisions they had to make. And it was finished in just an afternoon. I would definitely recommend to come here to fix your bike!

  The best bike repair and sale shop in Amsterdam! A true neighborhood bike shop with very kind people working there. I have purchased bikes from this shop as well as had all my bikes repaired there, plus back breaks put on a heavy bakfiets, tires and chains fixed, over these past three years and every time I have a great conversation with a great person working there and have had my bike back quickly. We have recommended the shop to many friends who have bought bikes there as well, including our hard to fit short legged friends and everyone has been happy as well. My husband has bought two bikes here as well. We love this neighborhood business, 10 out of 10 stars!!!

  When the chain came off of my bike, I went in here. The guy said he needed to dismantle a part and I could leave the bike to collect the next day. I found this odd/suspicious only to be proven right when the bike shop across the street fixed it in 10 minutes! So be informed before going to this shop that: A.. they will do more than actually needed and make you believe it is needed and B. they don't care about customers and building a relationship for returning customers. On the picture you can see how I tried myself and not once did they offer their professional help. Can you imagine seeing someone struggle and NOT helping? In what world do we live? Again, how come the shop across the street could fix it in 10 minutes? And there was no talk of dismantling anything? Hope this review helps you make up your mind.
