  WARNING WARNING THIS GUY RENT ME A BICYCLE AND TAKE ALL MY INFO HOTEL AND TAKE MY PASSPORT I TAKE IT 24H Once I arrive the hotel i go to loby and put the bicycle in front of loby they stole it again i am sure 100% I go back to them i told them the bicycle stole he was not confused at all he tell me mmm ok than. You should pay 2850 € i told him haa no no i don’t have this money i am leaving tomorrow mmm so so pay me 750 € i told him so you don’t have a gps to know where the bicycle he told me no I don’t have i told him i have only 250€ and i am going to travel back tomorrow he told me this all you have i told him yes he told me ok so give to me now the 250€ FROM 2850 € he accepted the 250 € is this normall then i notice they are making a story in me and all of this is lie they give you bicycle and then they stole it from you Don’t ever ever rent from them

  If you ever need help with a flat tire, chain loose, anything wrong with your bike this place is fast, friendly and gets the job done! Helped me instantly, super helpful and friendly staff! Would recommend!!

  I was very pleased with the service. Although I never knew how to ride a bike in Amsterdam before, they taught me very nicely how to lock a bike and what the rules are. Thank you for everything.

  These guys are scammers and charged me 160€ to change my bike tires and in 1 month it is flat! They did not give me a real itemised receipt so they avoid taxes and asked for cash! The guy even destroyed parts of my bike and his demeanour was intimidating Response to owner: here is the proof you guys destroyed my bike and you promised to change all tires including inner tires. You were too lazy to change the inner tires and Marc showed me the inner tires were still from Decathlon. And we had to fix some of the parts you broke. Not only are you rude, you’re lazy and steal money from people. I want compensation from the money you steal from me. Here is proof of the legitimate receipt they gave me 2nd edit: I did not come back because you guys make me feel uneasy. You became intimidating when I asked for a real receipt. I want to ask for some of my money back because you did not change any of the inner tubes. And if I do come to your shop, I will have to bring my friend because I don’t feel safe around you
