  My wife brought her ebike here for a new tire. Both inner and outer tire needed to be replaced. It was done fast and professional for very good pricing by this lovely lady that goes the extra mile in service since the bike had not standard tire measurements and as mentioned was electric. Very happy! Thank you!

  Super helpful and friendly! Highly suggest doing the DIY repair so you learn a thing or two and know what's up w your bike so you pay for what's actually broken. We went for the DIY repair, but the bike was a rlly old model and so it was really hard to fix. We ended up spending 2 hours there and leaving the bike. The repairers that work there also spend a few hours working on it! We did the last things together, we ended up needing a new wheel, which they gave us for free. There are not many shops out there like this in Amsterdam bc of the costs for them, so I highly suggest supporting the shop!!

  Amazing service! I really enjoyed the DIY evening. As an absolute bike fixing novice, I learned to fix the chain on my road bike, fixed my dynamo, front light and fixed my tire. They are really kind and patiently explain the steps.

  The women working here scammed me I brought my bike to be repaired we agreed on €50 over text then she texted me after she had fixed other parts to say it would be €75 when I said I never agreed to that she refused to honour the price she originally made. I had no choice so i collected my bike but it broke straight away I brought it back and that Monday evening and it wasn’t until Thursday I could collect it because either “shop is closed” or some other excuse. Collected it and two days later the chain broke and was later informed by an actual mechanic that she had fitted the wrong chain on my bike. So I paid all that money and wasted multiple trips and time just for it to be broken again straight away . Save your money and don’t go here!

  Absolutely amazing service, could not recommend any more! They are so friendly, went out of their way to find the cheapest fix from second hand parts, which saved me a small fortune and my bike! This is the only bike repair shop that I will ever go to from now on!
