Great, great customer service. Diagnoses was a broken charger of my electric bike. A few days later one of the employees delivered in person as he lives in the same city (not Amsterdam). In the mean time they pro actively called me to keep me up to date. Keep up the great work 👍

Communication could improve. They have a months-long waiting queue for service appointments. We paid 200 euros in advance, and they did not fix the one thing we asked. They did not call to notify us, only when we arrived.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a bakfiets from them, and after a month I found out that the manager had forgotten to place my order and had gone on vacation. After my bakfiets was stolen, I had to go through the insurance process with the shop and order a new bike… It’s almost impossible to reach them by phone, and they never reply to emails. There’s a small chance you might get their attention if you go to the shop in person, but as soon as you leave, they forget about you. Now I still have to complete the insurance procedure through the shop, and it’s taking ages. I’m so tired and truly regret buying my bike from this shop!

Ordered a bike. Picked a delivery date. Driver never delivered and then they said the bike was delivered. I went through this 2 times with the same modus operandi. Contacted support and the agent said they’d call me back to arrange a new delivery. Well, he never called and the next morning I received 1 mail to say i asked for a retour (I never did) and that they’d pick up the bike. A few minutes later i got a new mail that said that they picked up the bike and that I’d get refunded. If they could deliver as efficiently as they “pick up”, that’d be great.

Got some great advice and the guys here are very knowledgeable. I like a bike store where you can get good advice but also service from people that know the bike and has the right knowledge. The store itself is really nice and well worth a visit. We ended up getting a R&M long tail for our kids hauling needs.
