I bought my Urban Arrow there and was amazed by the 5 star customer service! Daan took care about us and arranged all the set up (app, insurance, extra options) with hyper professionalism and being super kind. Stronly advise to go there for your bike !

Great shop - I came in with a flat tire and they fixed it quickly and at a good price. Super friendly too. Thank you!

Great shop and bike service! Very kind and really helpful staff. Despite being busy they fixed my bike and did it so so well. If any I would really recommend go to this one. Thank you so much!

I’m updating this post to make it more constructive. Summary: The staff was kind, and the service was okay, but maintenance was overpriced, in my opinion. I should have asked for prices and checked which new parts would be installed. I took my kid's bike (not an e-bike) for a regular check-up and was charged €85. There was no replacement of any part, nor was anything critical found. I was surprised; the bike was in pretty good shape, and these check-ups are primarily preventive. I have never paid more than €30 for one. I didn't ask for a price, my mistake. I was not warned about maintenance prices, and their website had no price information. I assumed it was within the range of bikes in the area. Next, I asked the workshop to replace the bike handles. They replaced them with the wrong model – they had to roughly cut one handle to make it fit (it looks ugly and out of style). This also surprised me, as the workshop claims to only work with a few selected bicycle brands because they only deal with the manufacturers' dealers. I didn’t expect the same brand handles, but at least the handles were in style and well-fitting, especially considering the premium-priced service. Although they were functional, my kid didn't like them and me either. I went to the shop and asked to remove them.

Top bike shop. Very helpful staff, good quality parts. They have very comfortable soft saddles (with a hand grip for carrying the bike) that I installed myself. When I bought some parts that didn’t fit, I was able to return it the next day with receipt, no questions asked, and I got several differently sized valve covers (8 total) for free… from Free Wheely😀 Thanks a lot!
