  Tried and bought a new Tenways Pro from them (almost a month now). Extremely satisfied with the bike but also with the way they sold and keep supporting me for any questions and accessories. Very friendly, knowledgable folks. They dont push you to buy anything, just gives you some useful advice and its up to you to decide. I ended up buying a new light lock from them, on a second visit, and in the end the price definitely payed off it was really life changing as well! So, so far highly recommended them to all my friends, also feels good to have a supportive shop in case anything happens

  Bought my first e bike, tenways from here. Great service and helpful, 😄. Would recommend. Had a battery problem that was sorted immediately and a small fix on the bike too

  It’s the best bike shop ever! The guys are very friendly and extremely helpful. I always get immediately an appointment and than it doesn’t take longer than two days! This time it was done on the same day!!!!! Really the best bike repair shop in Amsterdam!!!!!

  I bought a Tenways 800S bike in July and I want to share my experience with this store. From the first moment when we just came to look at the bike and try it, we felt so much attention, and the guys could explain everything down to the smallest details. When we made the decision to buy, we knew that we wanted to purchase only from this store. All these bikes were sold out, but they organized a new one in stock and from the box, just as I wanted. And directly in the store, I could buy an amazing basket, and the team attached it to my bike. I really enjoy my bike every day! But after half a year my bike had a very severe fall, and one of the brakes broke along with some electronic parts. Some tiny details were missing before. The guys very quickly repaired everything and could replace some of the details under warranty. It's honestly the best store and service center if you plan to buy an electric bike. Every time, it's such a big pleasure to go back to this team; they're so friendly and caring. Today, I literally gave a hug because I felt so thankful. They go above and beyond!

  I recently bought a Tenways CGO800s from their website. I needed a ringlock so went to Le Fiets to have it attached. They were able to fit one for me and they also adjusted my bike as I had assembled it myself at home at no extra costs. 10/10
