Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at Fogo. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and elegance of the lobby. The room was beautifully appointed with modern, quiet, and spotless, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their outstanding service. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to both leisure and business travelers.

I had a great time at Hotel Logo. Stayed there 3 nights. The beds were good and room was clean. The chromecast on the TV was big +! The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was also good. A short walk to the tram and mcdonalds was really close. The downside was the poor soundproofing. All the sounds from the hallway could be heard in the room. Byt overall a good experience, I can recommend hotel Fogo :)

Super good, enthusiastic and impeccable approach to the client by the companies, it seems to me that Polish French Dutch Italian service. High personal culture with a gentlemanly attitude I met such a person at check-in, you could see the perfect management of the hotel. The room was well-kept, fragrant and carefully prepared in every respect. I feel safe and elegant thanks to the service of Fogo Hotel, best regards

🌟 Minus 1 Star – Unsafe, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable What happens in this hotel is beyond unacceptable. I booked for four nights, but by day three I wanted nothing more than to leave. When I asked to check out early, I was told I would lose my money — no refund possible. But that was the least of the issues. The hotel manager entered the rooms of Black guests without permission, using a vague excuse about a smell and “checking for drugs.” No knocking, no consent — just barging in. Meanwhile, white guests were openly smoking weed out their windows, clearly visible, and absolutely nothing was done. No checks, no warnings, no consequences. On multiple occasions, the manager entered rooms while guests were not present. No notice, no explanation. Just walked in. This is a blatant invasion of privacy and potentially illegal. Prostitution was clearly present. Sex workers were seen entering and exiting the hotel with clients and pimps regularly, and the staff didn’t lift a finger. A gay couple was denied check-in with the excuse that the hotel was "fully booked" — despite visibly empty rooms. It was clearly homophobic discrimination. The manager is a racist, a homophobe, and someone who plays power games with his guests. He intentionally creates an atmosphere of intimidation and treats people based on prejudice, not professionalism. This hotel is not just poorly managed — it’s a place of discrimination, abuse of power, and serious safety and privacy violations. No guest should ever have to experience this. Minus one star. This place should be shut down. Avoid at all costs. And if you do stay here, document everything and consider reporting it to local authorities or tourism watchdogs.

Nice hotel and lounge, room was tiny even though it's well out of the city, why does it have to be so compact? I hate how they advertised the hotel on Expedia with a photo of Amsterdam city centre as if it's anywhere close to amenities. False advertising!! It's so remote it takes hours to get anywhere, even reaching a transit stop is not convenient although they'll tell you it's nearby. It is close to the airport so I thought it would be convenient for the one night as it noted airport shuttle for 10/15 euros, but the price was double that when I requested about this service at the hotel. So I did not use it and it was horribly inconvenient for transit, nothing remotely interesting nearby. Your basically stranded in a hotel next to McDonald's.
