  Unfortunately due to Covid-19, the trip was cancelled. Since I had already paid in full, I was offered a credit on my next stay but now its radio silence from the property. The property are even ignoring booking.com's correspondence. I would be grateful for some form of reply given we are all in a bad position with Coronavirus and struggling with finances and an acknowledgement to say "no we are no longer offering a credit" so I know where I stand would be appreciated.

  My luggage stolen from my room 2 hours after I check in. They used keys to open the door. They didn’t cover any loss. They stole my money, passport and everything. I spent all my weekend at the police station and consulate. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

  Fantastic apartment with extremely friendly and helpful hosts. There is a luggage storage facility available which can be arranged in advance. Great location juat next to a tram stop. Would highly recommend.

  Bunch of crooks! They debit stays directly from bank accounts during covid and do not respond to any refund requests from travel sites 6 months I've been waiting to recover a certain amount.
