The hotel staff is awesome. Friendly, helpful and considerate; honestly, some of the best and most helpful hotel staff I have had the pleasure of meeting. The room was larger than I expected for a European triple room. The location is less than stellar as it is surrounded by other tall hotels and so it doesn't have much of a view. However, it does have ample hotel parking for a fee. Edit: given the additional perspective from the hotel response, I must agree. Their location is actually quite good. They are close to the airport, bus stop and train station which makes transport into town quite easy. So I bumped the stars for location up from 2 to 4.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Amsterdam for three nights, and overall, the experience was pleasant. Location: The hotel was within walking distance (2 minutes) of metro station. About 20 minutes to Amsterdam central station. Room: The room was big. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. There was a small desk, a TV, and decent Wi-Fi. The bathroom was compact but clean, with hot water and decent water pressure. Service: The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English and offering recommendations when asked. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Breakfast: The breakfast was very good with meatballs , bacon , egg , cold cuts, cheese, bread, fruit, cereal, and coffee. Nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. Cleanliness: Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job of tidying the room each day.

Our room was great. It was clean and spacious. We got clean towels every day. There was a coffee maker, so we could make tea or coffee every morning. There was also a fridge. You can do online check-in and check-out that can save your time.

Probably deserves 3.5 stars. Paid €175 for one night with breakfast for two people. Great location, a walkable distance from the train station or metro. Rooms were fine. The beds were comfortable, and both room and bathroom were nice and roomy. The TV was oddly placed, and any sound from the hallway was rather loud. Service was subpar for a hotel, not a lot of hospitality. You have to check in and make your room key yourself. No welcome. All staff we've interacted with seemed disinterested and dismissive. Breakfast was a nice, standard selection. Nothing too fancy, but it was reasonably priced, so we were happy with it.

Good hotel and relatively close to the city center. The room was big and the bathrooms were nice. The only issue I encountered was the mini fridge that never really worked and even though I notified the front desk it wasn’t fixed. Not a huge deal for me, personally, the rest of the stay was pretty nice.
