  Good platform for those who need goods delivered. They keep you updated, your package is well taken care of, and the delivery prices are not too expensive (better than I found elsewhere) If I had to give one critic, the 4 hour time window for delivery that they give you is a bit large but then again, that's me being picky! I recommend

  Edwin was amazing! Super helpful and friendly — he even helped me carry the table upstairs, which I really appreciated. He also called to keep me updated on his arrival, which was very thoughtful. Great experience overall!

  It's a shame you're locked into this platform with many websites- bizarrely poor service, actually delivering the item very much a best case scenario for them. Inconvenient to the point of being unusable if you don't work from home.
