  We had an unexpected layover in Amsterdam because we missed a connection due to bad weather. We booked ADT Taxi to do a custom tour that was €90/hour. The person on the phone never specified a minimum number of hours and neither does the website. The custom tour is only €80 or €90/hour. The guy on the phone said they would make the itinerary for us based on how long we want the tour. They said they would come collect us from our gate as well. The driver took an hour to get to us when they said it would be 25 mins. He did not meet us at our gate but instead made us walk all the way to departures and then to the Sheraton hotel across the street. The driver was quiet the entire time, usually the driver will give information about the area or city. Even though the person on the phone said they would make a custom itinerary for us, this driver did not. This was an unexpected layover so we did not have anything planned or researched. I googled something quickly and made the itinerary myself on the spot. We finished the tour in 2.5 hours but they still insisted on charging the 4 hours. The driver did not let us talk to the caller. He claimed he didn’t know what the website said but the minimum is a 4 hour charge. We ended up paying it because he wouldn’t let us out of the taxi otherwise. Absolutely horrible experience and disgusting behaviour to rip off unsuspecting tourist.

  Used their services on a business trip to the Netherlands. Very clean cars, polite drivers and always on time. Will definitely be using them again

  Very trustworthy and reliable service. I was contacted ahead of pickup, as promised, and the driver appeared slightly early (which was fine, as we were ready early and certainly prefer that over being late). We received details and pictures of the vehicle that would be collecting us, as well as a picture in the location where he parked to wait for us. The driver was very friendly, helpful and courteous and checked to be sure we were comfortable with the temperature in the taxi. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!
