    Please be aware! . Didn’t communicate as mentioned in their own terms. Never received a call or email on pickup. When we reached out they kept transferring to another operator or taxi driver.

    I highly recommend Taxicentrale. I booked a taxi for a ride from the airport at 10 pm: I was contacted by an operator in the morning, to check if all the reservation details were correct. Once at the Schipol airport, I had some difficulties to find the meeting point, but the driver was super nice: he waited for me and helped me to find my way. Wonderful service!

    My husband and I had an excellent experience with Taxicentrale-Schiphol. It was very easy to make changes to our reservation after our flights to Amsterdam were modified. We then had difficulty locating our luggage at the airport and had to make a report. The driver waited for us much longer than was usual under the circumstances and was very friendly.

    Unreliable I booked a taxi to take us to Schiphol Airport for our flight to Canada. Unfortunately, the driver didn’t show up on time. After waiting for 10 minutes, I called him—he told me he was running late and would arrive in another 25 minutes. That delay would have seriously jeopardized reaching our flight. I had to book an Uber last-minute, which thankfully arrived quickly. I canceled the original taxi, but the whole experience was quite stressful—definitely not how anyone wants to start a holiday. Very disappointing service. I sincerely hope I’ll at least be refunded.

    It was really a bad experience. The driver didn’t wait for me. When I finally reached him, he was about 40 minutes away. The central didn’t answer my calls and nobody seems to speak plain English. It took me two hours between the plane and leaving the airport. Very poor service. It still rely in phone calls when there are much more efficient means of communication and localization, like WhatsApp.
