  Great service! Uber simply can't compete with this. Great service, service center easy to reach, and taxi arrived within 5 minutes, even in the middle of the night after Kingsday. Such a kind and helpful driver, it made my ride with my little ones so convenient.

  My husband and I used the app on each of our phones to order 2 taxis. We were going to seperate parts of town. My booking said it would be €45 and my husband's was €27. My husband's taxi came after 5 min, but during the ride his booking for €27 "disappeared" He was charged €32. After 15-20 min of waiting for the app to tell me a driver had been assigned to me and was on its way. I called TCA Taxi to ask, as i thought the app was glitching. She said the driver called me but i didn't answer. I said that was impossible as i was staring at my phone calculating how late i was going to be. She said, maybe the driver didn't use the proper country code. Me: Fine. Can you send me a taxi now? Dispatcher: It's on its way, 5 min. 5 min later a TCA taxi pulls up: Me: Are you my taxi? Taxi driver: i don't know, what's your name? Me: Patricia Taxi driver: I'll phone I thought he was calling dispatch to confirm. No, to my amazement he has phoned my husband and asked.... Taxi driver: Did you order a taxi? Husband: Yes. I'm riding in it now. Taxi driver: ****silence****trying to process **** Taxi driver: Did you order a taxi? Husband: Yes. I ordered a taxi , it arrived and now I riding in it. Then he informs me that my husband is in the taxi. Me: Good. Now do you know when my taxi will come? He indicated he could take me. When I arrived, the "fixed rate" ride of €45 turned out to cost €59. Something is wrong with the app if it can't tell the difference between 2 people, each using their own phone to book a taxi, leaving from the same hotel at the same time.🤷 I also didn't enjoy the "bait and switch" of promising a flat rate then charging 15-34% more.

  I was charged 143€ for a 30 minutes ride to a city located 30 kms away and I feel scamed by this taxi driver/company. Not traffic jam, not bridge blocking the road. I took the taxi from the official stand for taxis on Schipol. Not a good image for Schipol-Amsterdam It was a pity do not take a Uber car that was offeting this trip for less than 40 € from Schipol to the same place. Next time I will go straight to take the Uber, Bolt car or other with a fixed price.

  Do not use this company! My friend left her phone in this man's taxi and he blackmailed us! He said he wouldn't give the phone back unless we gave him €50. We immediately called her phone once we realized it was left in the car. We didn't even make it to the hotel room, literally less than 5 minutes after he drove away she confirmed the phone was missing. I had to call for 15 minutes straight before he answered. He used her mistake as a way to cash in on us and on her birthday no less! Edit: I have received no reply to the requested email in the response from the company. I’m not surprised in the least. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you’re a tourist, use the public transportation, Uber, or bike!

  Not transparent about costs. I travelled from the airport to Amsterdam city on a trip that took less than 20 minutes and the cost was over €85!! At the start of the journey we were told it was the same cost as a regular taxi. This was a disappointing way to start our visit to Amsterdam.
