kind but to dumb to manage packages 4 out of five lost after countless 'please come back tomorrow again. 8 back end forth travels to the shops for 5 packages, 4 of them lost forever. no classification system, they just pile up all packages, what a mess. This is starting to be costly as many are not tracked nor reimbursed. I wish I could prevent any of my packages to ever end up in this particular depot.

Over one year ago I left a negative review after several rather unfortunate encounters with the staff. Now, I must say that for the past 3 months this sad streak was turned around and I must give credit to the service of Cigo Brouwer, as it has improved dramatically. Especially now, during the plague, with increased volume of incoming packages the staff must handle, as lines of people queue with 1.5m distance from one another. The staff does not give attitude driven gasps, sighs or any other signs of discontent (unlike some customers who just can't wait for their turn). And for that calm and collectiveness I give thanks to the staff at this place, gladly changing my initial review.

Friendly service with that typical Amsterdam whit (only if you let them so no worries there) so even though the store is too packed with goods and usually very crowded with long lines of people, this still is a good place to visit. Has postal services, lotteries, newspapers, magazines, candy, postcards and tobacco as well as a small selection of office supplies, public transport tickets and so on. Recently they (finally!) started opening on Sundays as well, albeit only in the afternoon from 12-5PM.

Only post.nl location in Plein 40 45, therefore quickly busy leading to long waiting times occasionally. Friendly staff.
