  If, barely 2 years after delivery, it appears that the delivered products are starting to rust, the Flag Union sees this as an opportunity... to promote new products. Not to solve the quality problem. Lesson learned: not cheap, but expensive!

  Very bad experience with Union Flags. Ordered a nice new flagpole of 6 m height and the trestle in which it will be placed would be repaired. At the first strong wind that blew through Oegstgeest, the mast fell because the heavy mast had been tightened into the frame with two half-baked bolts and none of them went all the way through with a heavy, sturdy nut...! An angry phone call resulted in the following explanation: "It's a bit far for us to drive there so we work with local 'professionals'". 'Professionals'...so stop it..... someone could have just hit someone on the sidewalk, luckily only through the neighbor's hedge. It might be wise if you do business with this company to demand [! ] that they come and install, install, inspect, repair, overhaul and so on and so on themselves! Instead of outsourcing it to a few pancakes for next to nothing. So not satisfied, no!

  Already somewhat dissatisfied. There is a check mark at the top of the website that you must select to see the prices including VAT. But the checkbox is unchecked by default. The difference only became visible in the shopping cart. This kind of practice irritates me immensely.

  Good service, good products. I had confirmed the order a little short of the deadline, but they did their best to install my mast on time and they succeeded. The mast is well placed, the flag that I designed myself also looks beautiful. I still had to chase after a product that was not included with the installation, but that was also resolved quickly. I am satisfied.

  Flag purchased from Flag Union. Was blown apart within 6 months. According to the Flag Union, a flag is not covered by a warranty and it is normal for a flag to be broken within 3-6 months. By the way, it doesn't say anywhere on their site that their flag has such a short lifespan. They are also unwilling to issue a new flag. A 15 euro flag from a football club was still undamaged after 6 months. This is a bad company with a bad product.
