I try to reach by phone the Dutch Customer service now for 2 hours, every time I get access to the call centre they disconnect the connection. This takes place now for 2 hours. When calling back, they do not understand that I get a little frustrated about it, no apologies even just disconnect again. This is not what I call a professional bank. I will withdraw all my money asap!

I've had it with this bank, I've had trouble with it for years... It all started sometime in 2017; the regular account was converted into a savings account on the internet. A logistical operation that the company clearly simply could not handle at that time. Constant problems (with logging in, for example) were the result. And yet it was of course 'accept or give up', although the latter was of course worded differently, namely 'you are free to leave'... What was also particularly strange was that the interest rates did not increase at all following the entire operation, which was very difficult for the customer, as a result of the lower costs that would arise after the conversion operation. Look, a company obviously only starts such an operation when it is beneficial to itself, but the customers did not benefit! So the profits disappeared 'elsewhere', and it has been like that for almost 10 years now... Hahaha, people there clearly think. Moreover, the bank no longer distinguishes itself within the Dutch market by, for example, offering remarkably favorable deposits and has therefore simply become a bank 'a la ABN or ING'. Banks in the Netherlands can still rely on the inactivity of their customers and thus become rich while sleeping... Now there will be another name change at the customer's expense, you know, the new name would better suit the new identity that people think they can adopt. In fact, you already know that things have definitely become 'wrong' there and that this is the very last step towards a colorless bank that no longer distinguishes itself in any respect. They are almost desperately trying to rake in even more via the new name 'Nexent', sometimes that works, let's just hope not... Oh yes, also this, I couldn't log in again, and this time because my 4 year old phone was supposedly outdated. So I started calling again, for the umpteenth time... I get a receptionist from the office building, a man who explains to me with a Frisian accent that bank staff do not work on Liberation Day... I look out the window and just see my partner driving to work in the 'small metal shop' again. And just think about it...

I opened an account with this bank. Wanted to convert it into an and/or account in connection with a deposit guarantee of 2 x 100,000 euros. Form sent on September 28th with a copy of my wife's passport but nothing happened. Called, spent 30 minutes on the phone 2 days in a row, no one on the line. I wanted to deposit money for a deposit but I still get a very bad feeling about this. I have an idea that this falls under the category of scammers. To test, I had already transferred 100 euros, but I had it refunded today!

Completed everything on the app last week, then "one more step", namely scanning identification. 40 minutes on it, thrown out a few times. Sent an email complaint and called "no, nothing on paper, just download the app again". After 1 week response to email whether it has been resolved.....no....? then new form again....scandalous interaction!! Never mind!
