  I would love to give them at least two stars if I ever get to try the food. We gave up after waiting 90 minutes for our food to come after our order was placed. In total we spent 2 hours for water that we got up and ordered ourselves. —— Update food finally arrived as I was writing this review , my expectations are already low because it’s Europe, but 90+ minutes after placing an order is unacceptable. It seems to be poor management. The kitchen is getting the food out, but it’s just sitting on the counter. On the plus side it’s great atmosphere and good food

I recently enjoyed breakfast at Spring Cafe Brasserie in Amsterdam and was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. The breakfast menu offered a great variety of delicious options. The service was prompt and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to start their day with a delicious meal in a charming setting!

  Beautiful location for a cafe patio! Located right along Oosterpark and next to the skatepark, soccer field and splashpad. We stayed in a Hotel nearby and were just wandering through the park when we passed by and new that we had to stop and enjoy this patio. It sits amongst lush green gardens but has nice indoor seating as well. We only had a couple of cocktails and calamari, but it was all very good. Prices were a bit high, but service and ambiance was nice.

  Great dinner at Spring — the food was excellent and the atmosphere just right. Jesse made the experience even better with his friendly and attentive service. Everything felt easy and well taken care of. Would definitely come back.
